About me

My Healing Journey started in 2009 when My friend Carole introduced me to Lisa Ishwari Murphy, Director of the Fairhaven Healing Arts Center. Lisa was hosting a mentoring class where she guided us through an orally transmitted teaching and  meditation with sound. When the meditation ended, I was so deeply relaxed. When she said to come back to the room I could hardly open my eyes.  I felt like I was home and that This is where I wanted to be &  learn. I  wanted  to learn more and more. Lisa has helped me to heal and transform into the person I am today.  I have come to realize that my journey is  to help others with theirs.

I am currently employed as the Activities Coordinator at The Bourne Council on Aging, where I have begun to incorporate my  healing arts teachings. I teach weekly Chair Yoga & Guided Meditation with Sound Healing as well as Reiki sessions . Also Drum Circles Monthly. 

I feel I was born to be of service!
